How can I contact someone with questions regarding my order?

Our stationery consultants are happy to help with all of your stationery needs, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (GMT), seven days a week.

Do you have a store I can visit?

We are an Internet-based stationer. Our website is designed to provide a real visual of all of our available products.

Ordering

How do I place an order online?

You may place an order at any time day or night through our website. From the homepage, simply select the type of card (i.e. birth announcement, thank you card, etc) you wish to personalise and start designing!

Birth Announcement cards can be viewed by different categories (girl, boy, etc). You can search by category by clicking the collection, such as “Girl”, you want on the navigation bar at the top of any page.

After selecting your category you will be directed to the product "thumbnail" page that includes the range of products in your category. Click on any thumbnail to view the product details more closely, including product description and price discounts based on order volume.

After selecting the product you wish to purchase - you will now have the opportunity to customise the item by adding and editing photos and personalised text.

After you have customised your selection, you will be given the option of viewing a PDF preview. The PDF shows you exactly how the card will be printed. Please note, the PDF preview will include the Little One Prints watermark for security reasons. The watermark will not be printed on your order. Once you have reviewed the PDF you will be asked to confirm your order, by entering your initials.

Next, you will be asked to enter your billing and delivery address details. Continuing in the check-out process, review your order and enter your credit card information. Complete the order by clicking the "Place Order" button. How do I place a repeat order?

You may place a repeat order at any time by using our repeat order facility. From the homepage click on the “Repeat Orders” button from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Simply input your Order Reference, which can be found in your confirmation email or on the back of your printed cards, Delivery Postcode and Email address. This will bring up your original card order, which you can edit or simply order more cards.

Do you offer a discount for large quantity orders?

Yes, the price per card decreases as the quantity increases.

Will I see a proof of my order before printing?

One of the best parts of ordering online is the ability to see an online proof of your design in real time, through the website. In addition to the screen image of your design, you can also view and print a PDF of your card. Due to variations in monitor brightness your card, and in particular photos, may appear lighter on screen than they print. If possible, we recommend you print a copy of your preview to see a more accurate representation.

If you’re still not sure, or are torn between two designs, you can always order a sample of your design. Simply choose the single card quantity during checkout and we will post the sample direct to your door. This is the perfect way to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. And, because of our easy to use re-order facility, placing a follow up order means you don’t have to design your card again from scratch. NB: Cost per sample will vary depending on card design.

Can I see a sample of the stationery prior to ordering?

Yes, a generic sample of our cards can be requested using our online form or by sending an email to hello@littleoneprints.com. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. However, if you would like a specific sample, or one with your child’s image, you can order a single card through our website. NB: Cost per sample will vary depending on card design.

Will sales tax be added to my purchase?

The price per card you see in the product description includes VAT. Your order confirmation will include a breakdown of the taxes paid.

Do you ship overseas?

We have a standard international shipping rate of £5.95. On the checkout page, simply use the Delivery option drop down menu to select your country. We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Please allow an extra 5-7 days for international delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most UK orders are received between 3-5 working days of ordering, with international taking an additional 5-7. If you have not received your order within 7 days (14 days for international orders) of ordering please contact us using our online form or by sending an email to hello@littleoneprints.com for immediate assistance.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail. If you need additional information about your order, you may contact us using our online form or by sending an email to hello@littleoneprints.com.

Payment Information

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Paypal.

When will I be billed for my order?

Your order will be billed to your card when you complete the check-out section of the order process.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. Shopping with Little One Prints is safe! All credit card information sent from your browser is encrypted using a GeoTrust SSL certificate and the payment is processed by our servers using a secure, encrypted connection to our payment provider Sage Pay. Returns

What is your return policy if I am not happy with my order?

One of the many helpful features of our site is the PDF Preview, which allows you to view your order as it will appear when printed. If any changes to the order are necessary, contact a stationery consultant as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you have approved the proof and notice an error when you receive your order we cannot offer a refund. However, in the unlikely event that this happens we will offer a discount on reprinting your order. Shipping and Delivery

When can I expect to receive my cards?

In the UK, you should expect to receive your stationary within 3-5 business days of placing your order, with international orders taking 5-7 additional days for delivery. We want to make sure every order is perfect; so our printing and finishing aren’t rushed. And don’t forget part of the process is out of our hands- once we mail your package, Royal Mail needs a bit of time on their end.

What delivery options can I use?

Royal Mail First Class delivery is free for all Little One Prints orders. However, if you’d like the added security of being able to track your order on royalmail.com, you can add this service for a small additional cost. This does not guarantee next day delivery, however, it does provide you with extra information on the location of your parcel. The tracking facility is only available on UK orders.

Customers using the "Track My Order" facility can trace their order on royalmail.com. Tracking numbers will be sent in an email, following your order confirmation.
